Where are you located?
We do not yet have a storefront, but hope to have a brick-and-mortar bagel shop, in the Centreville, VA area, in 2023. Our online sales are designed to introduce you to our products and give us a chance to save up a few dollars for equipment and startup costs. Beginning in 2021, you can visit us at the weekend farmer's markets in Loudoun County. 

Are you baking in your home kitchen?
Our adventure began in the home kitchen here in Centreville. In January 2021 we began renting space at Frontier Kitchen in Chantilly, VA.

I don't see market options to place my order. What gives?
Our bagels require cold proofing before we bake. We are busy rolling dough on Thursday evenings for Saturday pick-up and Friday evenings for Sunday markets. To have the best chance of getting fresh bagels on Saturday or Sunday, order early in the week and definitely before 6:00 PM on Friday.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We don't ship orders. We offer pickup at local farmers markets.

I have extra bagels and they get a bit hard after the weekend. Any suggestions? Our bagels are preservative free. They will begin to harden within the first day. In October 2020, we had a blog post about this topic (see: Tips to Enjoy Every Last Bagel). Many months later, a frozen bagel can be toasted up and will retain its great taste and texture. 

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee. We want you to love our bagels and spreads and will provide a one-time money back guarantee if we've failed in that mission.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order with no penalty. If something comes up and you can't pick up your order, please let us know with as much notice as is feasible. We know that sometimes things happen and don't want to charge you for bagels that you don't get to eat.
